Our Pressure- and force-plates for the hydraulic press systems are used in metal forming applications, in timber product equipment as well as in the plastic- or rubber manufacturing. We manufacture pistons for all well-known press manufacturers up to a weight of 70 tons. The pistons can either be manufactured hollow or solid, they can have lengthwise- or transverse holes or any other customer specific wish.
Apart from that our manufacturing range also offers the so called differential pistons. A special forming process allows us to pour the pistons so that the piston head is grey solidified whereas the contrary mould poured shank is composed of chilled cast iron. Consequently the „soft" head can easily be designed with grooves for the piston rings.
