State-of-the-art processing and production lines with over 80 mostly CNC-controlled machines
In our twelve processing halls, the manufacturing stages of turning, milling, honing, drilling, grinding, hardening, finishing and dynamic balancing are efficiently set up in accordance with the product and dimensions.
Specialized departments process liquid-heated thermal rollers. Here, special processes are used to realize roll geometries at operating temperatures, inductive hardening, hot grinding, and hot balancing are carried out for optimal running properties of the rolls.
Especially for plastic calender rolls, surface roughnesses of <0.01 µm and runout accuracies of < 1 µm are achieved.
