Special events for new and familiar faces

The beginning of a new phase in their lives - nine young people started their training as foundry, machining and industrial mechanics at WALZEN IRLE on September 2, 2019. We are delighted to be able to accompany our new apprentices on this exciting path and wish them all a good start to their professional lives and much success with their training in our company.

We are convinced that the dual training is the ideal basis for a career, because the close link between theory and practice offers a wide range of development opportunities. Training is an investment in the future of young people and the company. With currently 21 trainees, we are making an important contribution to the future of young people in our region. In addition, the needs-based training ensures that we have skilled workers who we can offer a permanent employment relationship following their training.

While some have laid their first foundations for their professional lives, others look back on their many years of work and their own start at WALZEN IRLE.

A total of seven 40 year anniversaries and one 25 year anniversary are reason to celebrate this year. They all did their training at WALZEN IRLE. We would like to thank these gentlemen for their many years of cooperation and loyalty to the company.
